Cookie Notice
Draft pending legal review — not yet legally binding.
This Cookie Notice explains how Telvory uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy. This is an implementation-ready draft and not legal advice; a Saudi-qualified lawyer must review the final text before publication.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device identifiers. They let the service remember your session, keep you signed in, and remember choices such as your language.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Can be disabled |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | authentication, session security, sign-in protection, fraud prevention, remembering that you accepted the Terms | no — required for the service to work |
| Preferences | language, colour scheme, time zone and the plan you were looking at before you signed up | yes — the service falls back to its defaults |
| Analytics or advertising | none | not applicable |
Telvory sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies today, and loads no third-party tracking scripts on its websites or in its consoles. If that changes, this notice will be updated first and you will be asked before any such cookie is set.
3. The cookies we set
All of these are first-party cookies, set only by Telvory's own addresses (telvory.app and its sub-domains, or a workspace's own verified domain).
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| tv_at, tv_rt | your signed-in session (access and refresh tokens) | strictly necessary | the access token for the session; the refresh token up to 30 days, or until you sign out |
| tv_tid | the workspace you are signed in to | strictly necessary | up to 30 days, with the session |
| tv_mfa, tv_pk_su | the second step of sign-in while it is in progress | strictly necessary | a few minutes |
| tv_td | a device you chose to trust so the second step is not asked again | strictly necessary | up to 30 days |
| tv_sso, tv_saml | company single sign-on while it is in progress | strictly necessary | a few minutes |
| tv_rm | "remember me" on this browser | strictly necessary | up to 30 days |
| tv_legal | that you accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy at sign-up | strictly necessary | one year |
| tv_lang | your language (Arabic or English) | preference | one year |
| tv_theme | light, dark or system colour scheme | preference | one year |
| tv_tz | the time zone times are shown in | preference | one year |
| tv_plan | the plan you chose on the pricing page before signing up | preference | 30 minutes, or until sign-up completes |
Customers joining a support session, visiting a workspace's support portal, or reading these pages are not signed in: the only cookies they can receive are the preference cookies above (language, colour scheme, time zone), and only after they change a preference or follow a link that carries one.
4. Authentication cookies
Telvory keeps your session in httpOnly cookies that browser scripts cannot read, which protects your session tokens from cross-site scripting. These cookies are strictly necessary; signing in is not possible without them.
5. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the service; blocking preference cookies only means the service forgets your language or colour scheme between visits.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Notice as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified through the service or website, and the updated version will show an effective date.
7. Contact
For questions about cookies, use the privacy contact published on the Telvory website.
